The right combination of care

From a fresh start to a maintenance plan.

High traffic, spills and everyday use affect each surface differently. We assess the material and condition, then recommend the services and timing that make sense for your space.

01 / RESET

Initial deep cleaning

Address built-up soil and establish a cleaner starting point for carpet, tile and grout, upholstery or exterior surfaces.

A one-time project can stand alone or begin an ongoing plan.

02 / MAINTAIN

Scheduled maintenance

Plan repeat surface care for entrances, corridors, shared spaces and other areas that need consistent attention.

Frequency is tailored to traffic, material, condition, access and budget.

03 / RENEW

Periodic restoration

Evaluate stone polishing, restoration and sealer protection where appropriate for the material and its condition.

We explain the method and realistic scope before work begins.

A clear process

From inquiry to ongoing care.

01 / INQUIRY

Start with the basics

Share your company, property location, surfaces and whether you need one-time or recurring care. Planning details and photos are optional.

02 / PROPERTY REVIEW

Clarify the scope

We contact you to review your needs, service fit, timing and any proposal deadline. Detailed vendor requirements can follow.

03 / WALKTHROUGH

Evaluate the space

Arrange a walkthrough to assess material, condition, traffic, access and priority areas.

04 / WRITTEN PROPOSAL

Review your plan

Review the recommended services, scope, scheduling and pricing before confirming the work.

05 / INITIAL SERVICE

Complete the agreed work

Coordinate access and carry out the approved initial cleaning or surface-care service.

06 / MAINTENANCE

Set the ongoing schedule

For recurring clients, agree on care frequency based on property needs. One-time projects do not require a maintenance plan.

Built around your operations

Plan the work.
Keep everyone informed.

Discuss preferred service windows, tenant or guest activity and access requirements before the job. We coordinate the agreed work so your team knows what to expect.

  • Defined scope: surfaces, priority areas and services included in the proposal.
  • Practical scheduling: discuss access, furniture, drying or curing time and reopening needs.
  • Clear communication: agree on a property contact and review observations or scope changes.
  • Flexible planning: adjust recommendations as traffic, seasons or property needs change.

Before we begin

Commercial maintenance questions.

How often should my property be serviced?

There is no single schedule for every building. Frequency depends on the surface, traffic, soil level, appearance goals and budget. We review it as needs change.

Can you work around business hours?

Tell us your preferred service windows and operating requirements. We discuss availability, access and drying or curing time before confirming the schedule.

Can I book a one-time deep clean first?

Yes. Initial deep cleaning can be a stand-alone project or the first step in a maintenance plan.

Can we discuss several properties?

Yes. Include each location and its surface-care priorities in your inquiry. Scope, scheduling and pricing are evaluated for each property.

What should I include in my request?

Share the property address, surfaces, approximate area, current concerns, preferred timing and whether you want one-time or recurring care. Add close-up and wider photos when available.

Does every stone floor need polishing or sealing?

No. Material, finish and condition guide the recommendation. We explain whether cleaning, polishing, restoration or sealer protection is appropriate.
